Well what can I say what a great find this was for me .I was beginning to hit a wall in my tkd training and after visiting this website 2 more belts have been passed .The downloadable videos helped no end.Taekwondo Forms Download If it had not been for them I reckon tae kwon do would have just been another thing that I had given up on.Definately worth visiting this site even if it is just for the photos and advice.
Honestly if you participate in any martial art this is worth a visit even if it is just to examine what the rivals are up to.Who knows if you practice a different martial art you may be able to pick out a failing in tkd
