I hope to learn a way to relax so I’m not so overwhelmingly stressed out so much of the time. I don’t know, I am eternally in a big rush, and always have 1,000,000 things swirling around in my head. I am not sleeping at night, I’m usually short-tempered and it is almost impossible to focus at the office.

I want to find out some way to relax and not be so amazingly stressed out so much of the time. I don’t know, I am always in a big hurry, and usually have 12 things on my mind. I am not sleeping so well, I’m always in a bad mood and it’s almost impossible to concentrate at work.
